In continuation of its’ ch
arity work in Yewaland, Faces of Yewa Indigenes Foundation (FYIF) has donated beddings to Igbesa Health Clinic for the use of the good people of Igbesa town.

Igbesa is the second of the towns under Yewa Traditional Council in Ado Odo Ota Local Government Area that Faces of Yewa Indigenes Foundation will be visiting in its’ charity work tour of Yewaland.

Aside the beddings donation to Igbesa Health Centre and in line with a key objective of the foundation, the most beautiful girl in Ilaro for 2018/2019, Sisi Ilaro Olatosimi Otolomo Osoteku who was part of FYIF team to Igbesa did a brilliant delivery of a talk titled Right Nutrition to For Nursing Mothers.

Reacting, Mr Toheeb Ojo , a representative of the community at the event appreciated the foundation for considering Igbesa Health Centre for the donation. He also directed words of appreciation towards Oba Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle MFR, the Olu of Ilaro and paramount ruler of Yewaland for his challenge to Yewa sons and daughter that led to the founding of charity foundation like FYIF that has become a blessing to the nooks and crannies of Yewaland.

Also speaking, Chief Kamoru Owolabi, Osolo of Odan and the Matron in charge of Igbesa Health Centre, Miss O F Oyetoro applauded the effort of Faces of Yewa Indigenes Foundation for choosing to be filling the equipment gap in heath clinics.

President of Faces of Yewa Indigenes Foundation, Princess Adeyinka Adedokun 3ace while handing over the beddings to the community leaders, the health workers and representatives of nursing mothers said the health equipment is for the women of the town to be able to access healthcare easily.

Earlier, the secretary of the foundation, Kehinde Akinlade had said that the whole idea behind the move of the foundation is to help curtail child and maternal mortality and to join hand with the government in the development of our communities which obviously cannot be left in the hands government alone.

On the trip for FYIF are Sisi Ilaro Queen Olatosinmi Otolomo Osoteku, Princess Adeyinka Adedokun 3ace, Olaoluwatofunmi Kosoro Horlatof of Yewa News Extra, Naomi Kehinde Adesanya and Kehinde Akinlade.
